Planners are some very handy tools to help you get through their day. Whether you use digital planners on an iPad or planner diaries, having the sections properly sorted and organized can do wonders for your planners.
Most planners that are used fall into one of the categories:
- Monthly or daily planners
- Special application planners
- Yearly planners
- Black plaid notebook
- Bound planner
I usually use one of the first two categories. For instance, for my blog I have a special application planner divided using monthly tab dividers where I plan out each months post and what goes in it.
I have also use them on my personal planner which I maintain a digitally on my iPad.
In this post, I will introduce you to the planner tabs and divider tabs that I have created for you which you can get from Etsy. I also have a special free package for you to use. Read towards end to know how to get it 🙂
I will also take you through using these planner tabs for your very own personal use.
What does the set include?
The set includes the following:

Specifications
These printable planner tabs have been designed with the use, aesthetics as well as appication in mind.
They are available as digital products as png format as well as printable divider in format of pdf files which can be used for both A4 and Letter size papers. So you can use them as stickers or simply as a tag on your planner both printable and digital.
Here are the specifications
- Sheet size: The divider tabs are available in different sizes of A4 (210 x 297 mm / 8.27 x 11.69 inches) and Letter (8.5 x 11 inches) formats.
- Each tab measures approximately 56 x 26 mm (5.6 x 2.6 cm / 2.2 x 1 inch), perfect for marking your pages without taking up too much space.
- 75+ PNG files with transparent background provided for each tab, allowing you to use them as digital stickers for your iPad or other devices.
- Printables are high resolution at 300 dpi, ensuring crisp, high quality and clear images.

Monthly Tabs
My thought process while creating the monthly tabs was to have a variety of vibrant colors and options. This way they can be used to divide your book or planner into monthly sections.
I have created a total set of 6 tab dividers with a floral theme in mind. These tabs are very simple to use.
For the printable divider all you need to do is firstly select the type of paper you want. Then once you have selected either letter of A4 size (or both) you need to get them printed.
I would suggest a thick paper or scrapbook paper for the planner tabs. That will ensure that the bending of folding of the tabs is reduced. However, if you don’t have any, no issues you can also use a normal sheet of paper as I have used in the picture above.
Then as you can see in the video below, you need to cut through the outline of the divider and fold it right in the middle.
Stick one sent to one side and the other to other side of the planner or bullet journal and you have a ready made divider for you! These can be beautiful additions to the corner of each monthly cover page of your binder or planner or book.
The same set of instructions will need to be followed with the free printables as well 🙂
For the digital planners the process is fairly simple. All the monthly filled and non-filled are given in PNG formats as well.
On your iPad import them as images. This is whether you use good notes or notability you will need to import them as images and then use them as stickers.

Planner Stickers
Another set that has been created specifically for you are the planner stickers. These planner stickers can be used for both digital and paper planner organization.
These are cute floral designs with beautiful colors that can elevate the mood of any planner page. The instructions to print them will be the same.
In this list you get three varieties of colorful page markers that can be used within or outside of the planner.
Digitally, you can make them as small as you want and use them as markers for to-do lists as shown below or simply use them as custom DIY binder dividers.
Blank Tabs
Even though these are similar tabs templates you can DIY them as much as you like.
The blank templates have been given to you such that you can use them as monthly or weekly dividers or for even the current week. You can fit your unique style into them by using them for a specific section such as work, home, or any other custom section.
You can write whatever you want in those!
For best results you can use all these tabs you can get your own flair and personal touch to these planners.
You can print these out on sticker paper, or any sheet of paper mentioned above. Regardless, you will defenitely have yourself a fully functional and organized planner inserts that will add to the overall aesthetics of your planner.
